Lift Stations Operations and Maintenance

This one-day workshop is aimed at those responsible for municipal lift stations or engaged in the maintenance and repair of the station and associated appurtenances. A review of the primary components of a wastewater lift station from the electrical supply to the valving and discharge forcemain. Participants will work interactively to detail the differences between various lift station types and configurations, comprehend regular maintenance and repairs to lift station equipment and appurtenances, understand the operation and nuances of level controls and recognize and respond to common lift station failures
