Tapping of Watermains

This one-day workshop is designed to enhance the knowledge of field personnel involved in water main branch line and service tapping focusing on the benefits and overall purpose of performing both dry and wet taps, through in-class presentations, discussion and practically by handling tapping equipment/tools during field demo sessions. The workshop covers operating practices from performing household service taps to large diameter pressure taps and associated pipe materials, fittings and equipment.
