Water Quality for Distribution System Operators

This two-day course provides distribution system operators with an understanding of some of the technical issues underlying risk, regulation and best practices that apply to water systems of all sizes, populations, and land use. Content is practical, hands on, based on real experience of operators working in the distribution system installing, repairing and maintaining any and all components from reservoirs, disinfection plants, metering, sampling programs, emergency management and administration. Information is based on AWWA and government sources, and is recommended for operators regardless of experience.
