Equipment Guide Spotter

This one-day workshop is designed to develop and refine utility construction supervisors, lead-hands and equipment guides on core essential skills to effectively guide and assist heavy mobile equipment while excavating to repair or renew components of water or wastewater systems. Safe and efficient industry practices and interactions between the equipment guide and operator will be detailed. Specific techniques and skills are presented and demonstrated.
